Participation in the $MART Operator Rewards® Program is limited to foodservice operators located in the U.S. There is no enrollment fee. No purchase is necessary to enroll in the $MART Operator Rewards® Program.
Any individual enrolling in the $MART Operator Rewards® Program, represents and warrants that the individual is authorized on behalf of his/her employer to enroll in the Program and participation in $MART Operator Rewards® does not conflict with any contractual restrictions or obligations to any other party.
$MART Operator Rewards® reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participation in the Program and to immediately invalidate all points accumulated based on abuse, fraud or any violation of the $MART Operator Rewards® Program policies or these terms and conditions.
By redeeming points, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold $MART Operator Rewards®, sponsors and vendors harmless from any damages, claims costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of rewards.
$MART Operator Rewards® and its sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the $MART Operator Rewards® Program, to add or delete sponsors, to alter Program rules, and to restrict, change, correct or cancel the enrollment process, any qualifying purchases, point issuance rate and reward point values of the Program at any time without prior notification.
In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any term, rule or phase of the $MART Operator Rewards® Program, the decision of $MART Operator Rewards® shall be final.
The reporting and payment of State, Federal and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual Program participant and each participant agrees to hold the $MART Operator Rewards® administrator, sponsors and agencies harmless therefrom.
$MART Operator Rewards® Program and offers are void where prohibited by law.
