After I purchase eligible products, how long do I have to submit a claim?
A

You can submit claims with invoices from the current month, and from three prior months only.  Because eligible products are changing every month we can only guarantee that manufacturers will honor points from three months prior.  No invoices will be accepted that are dated prior to your enrollment date.  So get your claims in sooner, not later!

Can I use distributor tracking reports as proof of purchase?
A

Sure!  As long as the tracking reports have distributor product codes, ship dates, case quantity, customer name, customer address and distributor information.

Can more than one person from my establishment submit points?
A

As many people as you would like can submit points, however only one person can register per establishment.  The person registered will be in charge will be the main contact and the person who can redeem the points.

How do I know how many points I have?
A

There are a couple of places you can find this information.  Once you are logged in to $MART Operator Rewards® you can go to the earnings summary and see a detailed list of the points you've earned and the products you've purchased.  Another place where you can see how many points you have is in the redeem rewards tab.  When you are viewing the reward catalog your available points will be displayed on the top right hand side of the screen.

How do I redeem points?
A

To redeem points simply log in to $MART Operator Rewards® and click on Shop For Rewards.  Find something you like and add it to your cart.  You should receive your purchase to the address listed on your account in 4 - 6 weeks.

How do I submit points?
A

To submit points all you need is a point submission form and proof of purchase.  Once you have those you may submit your points one of three ways.

1. Mail your point submission form and proof of purchase to

How do I update my account information
A

Once you are logged into $MART Operator Rewards® you can click on "Edit Profile" located on the very top of your home screen.  From there  change any information you need and click submit.

How long does it take to be approved for $MART Operator Rewards?
A

Making the correct decision on your program of eligible products for $MART Operator Rewards® depends on a number of criteria, including a  review of the list of current participating manufacturers and the quantities of $MART points each manufacturer has made available for redemption at this time. We are committed to finalizing your approval in a timely manner so please give us 5 - 7 business days.

What is a customized program?

A customized program is part of what makes $MART Operator Rewards® so great.  Once you are enrolled in $MART Operator Rewards® you will be assigned a program manager who will match you with the manufacturers and products that will benefit you the most.

Will my $MART points ever expire?
A

Yes, unfortunately all good things must come to an end.  Your $MART points will expire one year after you submit them.  So points earned in March 2010 will expire in March 2011.

Will my eligible products program remain the same each month?
A

Not necessarily.  You will be assigned a new program each calendar month. Sometimes there will be no change in your program from the prior month, but at times you will see changes in point values and SKUs.   You will receive your monthly program via e-mail from your program manager.  You can also see what your next months program will look like under eligible products once you are logged in to $MART Operator Rewards®.

Will there be opportunities for bonus points?
A

Absolutely!  Another great benefit of this program is that we are going to be giving you bonus points for trying the latest and greatest products from our manufacturers.  Opportunities for bonus points will be listed on our web site and communicated via e-mail campaigns.  So keep an eye on your in-box!
